What data do we collect?
414 collects the following data, hereafter referred to as ‘your personal data’:Personal identification information (Name, email address, address, phone number, etc.);Financial information (Bank account numbers, transaction details, billing address, counter-party details and signatures);Information required by 414 to help you meet your legal and regulatory requirements regarding compliance with the Sustainable Finance DisclosureRegulation (the ‘SFDR’) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation, as well as theCorporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (the ‘CSRD’);Minutes of meetings with 414’s employees; andAny other information related to you or third parties you may provide 414.

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide 414 with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:Register online for a demo;Enter into a contractual agreement with 414 to get access to the Platform and all the various tools in it;Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email;Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.414 may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources: Stacker; Typeform; Intercom.    

How will we use your data?
414 collects your data so that we can: Execute risk management consultancy and ensure your compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (i.e., theSustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (the ‘SFDR’), the EU TaxonomyRegulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD);Perform our services as agreed upon in the contract between data controller and data processor.414 also shares your data with third-party service providers providing services such as website hosting, data analysis, information technology, payment processing, customer service, email delivery and other services. These service providers are the following:AirTable;Stacker;Typeform;Intercom;Coda.When 414 processes your data, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, our service providers.  

How do we store your data?
414 securely stores your data in Airtable and Typeform, and ensures data protection through implementing the ‘Principle of Least Privilege’, and through the implementation of a password management policy.414 will keep your personal data for a time period of between three to five years, depending on how long the data is needed for the purpose for which it is used. What are your data protection rights?
414 would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request 414 for copies of your personal data by sending us an email at hello@fouronefour.io.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request 414 to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request 414 to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
