At 414, we take data privacy and security very seriously and we want to protect your data against any potential misuse.

This GDPR-compliant Privacy Notice is in accordance with data protection laws of the European Union, namely the GDPR and any applicable laws regarding the processing, privacy and use of Personal Data as applicable to 414, including but not limited to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

How do we store your data?

414 securely stores your data in Airtable and Typeform, and ensures data protection through implementing the ‘Principle of Least Privilege’, and through the implementation of a password management policy.

414 will keep your personal data for a time period of between three to five years, depending on how long the data is needed for the purpose for which it is used. Once this time period has expired, we will permanently delete your data.

414 would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
